The Power of Words
We live in a time when many are awake and aware that the words we speak are powerful. Not only are the words we speak powerful but, the meanings we attach to those words. Through the clearing abilities of energy work I uncovered a meaning that I had attached to the word “details”, it was the word “stress.” As a four year old I was excited for my birthday. My wonderful Mother was full of worry and anxiety to get everything done perfectly. On this day, the word "details" imprinted on me. For many years, I had the belief that the way to handle details was to worry, and that this meant it would also be stressful. So for years I avoided the details/stress like I would the plague.
